Cosmodella Return & Refund Policy

We keep it straight — no confusion, no hassle.
If something’s not right, we’ll fix it. Here’s the deal 👇


1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
After 14 days, we can’t accept the item back.


2. How to Return

We don’t use prepaid labels or automatic return codes (yet).

Just send your item back to our Cosmodella Return Facility using any courier you prefer.

Include your order number + full name inside the package.

We’ll send you the exact return address once you email us.

IMPORTANT:
After shipping your return, email us the tracking number
without it, we can’t identify which return belongs to you.


3. Return Shipping

If it’s our fault —
wrong item, damaged product, or factory issue
we cover everything. End of story.

If it’s on your side —
didn’t fit, changed your mind, or not your vibe
you cover the return shipping.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Return Conditions

We only accept items that are:

  • New

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • With all original tags attached

Keep it clean. Keep it original. Return it the way you received it.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned:

  • Belts

  • Accessories

  • Socks

Shoes:
Try them indoors only.
If the soles come back marked or dirty, we can't accept them.


6. Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return,
your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You’ll get an email notification as soon as it’s processed.


7. Important Notes

Do NOT send returns to the sender address on the package —
that’s not our warehouse.

We’re not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
